Former soldier completes extraordinary Alpe d'Huez wheelchair ascent ahead of world-first USA challenge

Former British Army soldier Lexi Chambers has propelled a standard manual wheelchair 13.8 kilometres up Alpe d'Huez, a day before the Tour de France tackled the same climb — the latest milestone in her preparation for a world-first 4,812.2km crossing of the United States.
